This is a Request for Information (RFI) with the aim being to identify possible systems and come into contact with suppliers that can offer a system for management, operation, maintenance, and development (MOMD) as a service, and with their knowledge can give us information that will make the future tender documentation better and more balanced.
The background for this enquiry is that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to procure a MOMD system as a service in order to manage its property portfolio in a satisfactory way. We would therefore like to obtain information on how different suppliers of MOMD systems can provide their services.
The aim of this RFI is to get an insight in and an understanding of the systems, services, and delivery areas that exist in the market as regards the operation of MOMD systems. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would also like suppliers to present their MOMD system on a general level in a digital dialogue conference.
Questions will not be answered in the period 5 July to 26 July due to staff holidays.
