Lillestrøm Adult Education, with 40 employees and 500 students, is considering to hire premises of approx. 4 000-6 000 m
The premises must have good access to public communication. We would like to have premises in Sørumsand, but the premises can also be located in other places in Lillestrøm Municipality. Flexible premises are wanted with a sober, modern standard that is suited for teaching. The premises must fulfil the requirements for teaching buildings. Furthermore, there are requirements concerning good use of area, energy efficiency, and universal design. The hire period is estimated to be 10 years with the right to an extension. We would like the take over to be in June 2022, but a later date will also be considered.
