The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with up to 3 (three) tenderers, provided that we receive a sufficient number of suitable tenders. The objective of the contract is to meet the contracting authority's need locks, fittings and accompanying services. Tenderers must be able to deliver, assemble and maintain all types of locks and fittings, as well as produce and deliver keys, etc. Tenderers must also be able to deliver, assemble and maintain a system for access control (ARX and ILock, including licences), as well as door automation, door closers and door pumps. The contracting authority has a large and varied building stock, and therefore needs a broad selection of such goods and services. Assignments in this contract will mainly consist of the delivery and assembly of locks and fittings for doors, the establishment and installation of access control (ARX and ILock), service assignments, and advice. Tenderers must be able to handle both planned/ordinary assignments and acute situations that require a short response time.
