About the contest. All information on the actual contest assignment is described in the contest programme ‘Restricted planning and design contest for an extension and alterations to Bodø Cathedral’. See the annex: ‘Bodø domkirke - konkurranseprogram m innholdsfortegnelse_Endelig_2021.01.14.pdf’. A restricted planning and design contest will be held for this project, with the aim of awarding the subsequent engineering design assignment to the winner of the contest. Three applicant teams will be selected in the pre-qualification for the project. Bodø Church Council's intention is that the planning and design contest is followed by the engineering design services and execution. The assignment is to be seen as a public procurement and the contest will therefore be held in accordance with the rules on planning and design contests (the procurement regulations part V). The contest will be held with help from Norske Arkitekters Landsforbund (NAL), and with the anonymous principle and a professionally competent jury. Progress plan. The milestones in this contest are: deadline for asking questions about the pre-qualification and tender documentation: 2 February 2021. Deadline for requests for pre-qualification: 15 February 2021 at 12.00.
