Framework Agreement for Network Equipment and Associated Services

A framework agreement shall be entered and a relation to the manufacturer of network equipment, associated software and maintenance services shall be established. The agreement shall include delivery projects of different scope related to Network equipment. UiO [the University of Oslo] will be the recipient of all installations, but in the delivery phase (From planning, delivery approval and hand-over) other organisations than UiO can be the contracting authority, e.g. Statsbygg.
