Procurement of a Framework Agreement for Recruiting Assistance

HVL will enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for recruitment assistance, firstly for the recruitment of rectors and later, if required, for the recruitment of vice-rectors, deans, and institute managers for new fixed term periods from spring 2021. The framework agreement can also cover other positions that the contracting authority would like to use recruitment assistance for.
