Negotiated Procedure — Digitalisation Partner for DFØ within Internet Services

Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) is holding a contest with negotiations for a contract with one tenderer who can cover our need for; the establishment of a new platform based on the latest version of Drupal, migration of the current internet services to this platform, operation of existing internet services on the new platform, and the development of new services. In 2020 DFØ will take over ownership of some internet portals from Digdir, including anskaffelser.no, arbeidsgiverportalen.no, OK stat, Læringsplattformen, etc. DFØ has some internet services in its portfolio, including dfo.no, intranett.dfo.no, statsregenskapet.no etc. These internet portals are mainly based on Craft CMS, React, Elastic, GraphQL, Qliksense, etc. DFØ would like the new tenderer to establish a new platform on the latest version of Drupal, migrate the systems that DFØ currently has, and ensure that they are integrated with DFØ's source systems.
