The Police's ICT Services, hereafter called PIT, is the supplier of ICT systems for the Norwegian Police within many areas, including instructions and control for mobile systems. When visitors or immigrants arrive in Norway, fingerprints can be required to confirm identity. This can occur nationwide at established border crossings, random places, or at harbours and airports.
Many of our systems, therefore, need to be mobile. This RFI is on the procurement of fingerprint registration software, SDK, which can be implemented on both Android and iOS.
