The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a tender concerning an agreement covering Consultants to assist RSCs with Project Management support.
Key element to provide this assistance is to have sufficient knowledge about
•The TSO environment
•The energy sector and IT sector
And sufficient experience with
•Project Management tools (e.g. for presentations, risk management, reporting, resource evaluation, timelines - such as MS project)
•Stakeholder management
Finally, consultants must have communications skills to facilitate efficient meetings and managing interests of multiple stakeholders in a complex international environment.
