The Norwegian Institute of Public Health would like to enter into a framework agreement with a third party supplier (3P supplier) who can receive vaccinations from suppliers, run stand-by stores and regularly transport vaccinations to the Norwegian Institute of Public Health. The 3P supplier will be part of the pandemic stand-by for the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and will receive vaccinations and pack pandemic vaccinations for recipients during a pandemic situation. The store must be located in Oslo or Akershus.
