Framework Agreement, Groundworks Contractor for Operation, Maintenance and Investment Projects

Sula municipality shall implement several operation and maintenance projects concerning the municipality’s infrastructure. The Framework Agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's requirement for groundworks related to these projects. The contract shall mainly include water and sewage trenches and road works. However, works related to properties and plants may also be relevant. The Contracting Authority’s description of the contract is pursuant to Annex 1 and accompanying enclosures. A parallel Framework Agreement shall be signed with maximum 2 tenderers.
