Sarpsborg Municipality has not previously had a Framework Agreement for locks and fittings. Procurements have been split between the local dealers in the field. Sarpsborg Municipality would like to invite suppliers to a dialogue conference for this procurement process, where potential tenderers will be invited to give feedback on the contract.
