Framework Agreement for Fresh Fruit and Vegetables

Asker, Bærum, Hurum and Røyken municipalities, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a Framework Agreement for the procurement of fresh fruit and vegetables. The Contracting Authority uses joint tender documentation, but will enter into separate contracts with the winning Contractor and shall be considered as four separate Contracting Authorities with different delivery and invoicing addresses.
