Aurskog-Høland municipality needs an aids store and the transport of aids to/from the municipality's users. Municipal statistics from Hjelpemiddelsentralen 2017 show that there were 403 users with provided aids. In addition aids are delivered from the municipal store. Furthermore, the procurement is to cover the municipality's need for installation, maintenance, disassembly and storage of welfare-technological systems.
