Trondheim kommune is in the process of boosting ICT in the childhood and youth area in both system support and technical infrastructure. Here we see both solutions connected to administration in the childhood and youth area (school, nursery schools and before and after school care) communication between the municipality and employees, different forms for learning support and use of cloud based storage services, to names some of the priority areas.
As part of this boost in the childhood and youth area, we will also look at how a platform around specialist education can help bring about an efficient working day for employees and good interaction with guardians.
