Bærum municipality shall renovate Kommunegården in Sandvika. Digitalisering og IT (DigIT) is, therefore, looking at alternative ways of how to move the physical archives that are in Kommunegården. At the same time we would like to look at options for organising and digitalising parts/all of the physical work. The physical archives consist of different case archives and client folders in the form of paper, books, maps and microfilms, etc. Bærum municipality would like innovative service providers, but is focusing on standard developed systems and tenderers who have previously had similar assignments. The dialogue with the market will form the basis for analysing the different scenarios and thereafter define the need for procurements. See the annex with the invitation.
