Norsk Tipping (NT) needs to procure a modern and future orientated tool for IT Service Management. The system shall be provided as a service, including assistance with the implementation and management of the system. NT has a ITIL process team and system administrators. These shall actively participate in the implementation and acquire good knowledge of the system that shall now be procured.
