The aim of the procurement is to cover Enova's need for strategic communication consultancy services. Enova would like to enter into a framework agreement with a strategic consultant who shall assist Enova with consultancy in the interface between the market and politics for energy, climate and value creation themes. The strategic consultants shall also contribute to Enova's internal strategy work with communication consultancy. The contribution is connected to targeted use of communication, including increasing the understanding of how Enova's message can have the best possible effect.
Tenderers must have considerable competence on how Enova can strengthen its position. Part of the assignment could be assisting with the further development of the work processes connected to communication. Courses/training within each field could also be relevant for Enova's employees and management.
