Steinkjer municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for engineering design services for the construction assignments in project Jakob — the arts buildings in the square in Steinkjer, including:
1. Community Centre — renovation and development;
2. The Weidemann Block — demolition, renovation, alterations and a new building.
The engineering design work shall include preparation of:
1. Preliminary project for all of project Jakob;
2. For the Community Centre:
a. Detailed engineering design services with drawings and descriptions for the tender invitation for builder managed contracts for the Community Centre,
b. Work drawings,
c. Monitoring during construction;
3. For the Weidemann Block:
a. Tender for the builder's option for engineering design services as a basis for the turnkey contract, collaboration contract or equivalent contract form.
b. Tender for the builder's option for detailed engineering design services as a basis for builder managed contracts, with follow-up in the construction period.
