The background or purpose of this tender documentation is to join up with competent tenderers within the MOM of bridges (MOM = management/operation and maintenance), who can provide services within inspection, condition assessment, safety analyses, engineering design services for reinforcement/improvements etc. to bridges in the region at the correct price and with good quality. It is therefore important that the companies who sign a contract have employees with the desired experience and quality, i.e. solid experience from equivalent work.
A contract will be signed with 5 tenderers. All call-offs will be made through mini-competitions.
