Norsk Tipping is looking for a good collaboration partner within gateway services, who through constructive dialogue and development work will point the company in the right direction. Norsk Tipping would like a tenderer who can provide mobile communication with gateway services, primarily in the form of SMS and MMS, but possibly also in the form of push messages or other message formats, for sending to and from Norsk Tipping.
The volume of mobile communication to the company's customers is expected to increase in the coming years, in accordance with digital commitments and increased demand from out customers for, e.g., message and notification services.
Focus on the incoming messages, as well as the outgoing, will also be a very central part of the procurement, based on customer initiated messages sent to Norsk Tipping.
