The objective of the agreement is to cover the Customers' requirements for fuel and fuel oil in bulk, as well as lubricants, in accordance with the requirement specification.
Comments to the agreement:
— The agreement only applies to fuel in bulk and not delivery of fuel at the tenderer's pump stations.
— The Customers are not obliged to use the Agreement for lubricants and NVO100.
— Molde municipality shall only enter into the Agreement for fuel and fuel oil in bulk. The delivery of lubricants is not included.
