NVE would like to strengthen the capacity by hiring in 2 geotechnical engineers from the private sector, who shall sit in NVE's professional environment at NVE's regional offices in either Trondheim or Tønsberg. The hired geotechnical engineers shall come under NVE's professional management. NVE currently has 2 geotechnical engineers in Trondheim and one in Tønsberg. There is also a position at NVE's main office in Oslo, which is currently empty. The work area will be nationwide.
