Telemark count shall establish framework agreements for consultancy services within communication, area and transport planning.
The aim of the procurement is to establish parallel framework agreements within the following areas:
1) Area and town planning/town and location development,
2) Communication planning,
3) Area and transport analyses,
4) Strategic work for dialogue and contracts with the government.
