The project comprises demolition of the building from 1972 (approx. 1 500 m²), construction of a new building with 32 residential units (approx. 5 700 m²) and reconstruction/renovation of the Central Building for the day centre and administration (approx. 1 450 m²).
The project shall be carried out as a turnkey contract.
