Ullensaker municipality hereby invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of a broker/property consultant for the sale and development of municipal properties. A framework agreement shall be signed with 1 service provider for the sale of major development areas and minor properties with development potential, which are owned by Ullensaker municipality, and for which a political decision has been made about a sale. In addition the framework agreement includes general professional property advice.
