Sogndal municipality will develop and facilitate for a powerful and future orientated broad band network for private persons and businesses in Sogndalsdalen, a so-called ‘next generation access network’ (NGA).
The aim of this notice is to enter into a contract for the establishment of a future orientated broad band network with the provision of content services to households and businesses in Sogndalsdalen (see annex 1 — map).
There must not be any obligation to purchase content services in addition to general internet access.
The developer will own and be responsible for the operation of the infrastructure.
