The Norwegian National Rail Administration invites tenderers to a competition for recruitment assistance for top managerial positions in Jernbaneverket. Recruitment assistance for top managerial positions in the Norwegian National Rail Administration.
Top managerial positions in the Norwegian National Rail Administration are defined in accordance with the wage plan in the Main Tariff Agreement in the government as positions that have job codes and job terms as follows:
1060 Department Director;
1061 Assistant Director;
1062 Director;
1538 Technical Director.
The Norwegian National Rail Administration reserves the right to add call-offs for positions with other job codes to this framework agreement if we perceive that it will give the best recruitment support for filling the positions.
The Norwegian National Rail Administration reserves the right to update job codes and job terms in this framework agreement if they are changed in the Main Tariff Agreement in the government.
Service providers are expected to provide searches, advertising, candidate administration, candidate selection, interviews, test administration, candidate recommendations and background checks.
Parallel framework agreements will be signed with up to two service providers based on the outcome of this competition.
