DONG Energy Thermal Power applies for assistance on Electrical Installation works and supplies for various projects at DONG Energy Thermal Power A/S' Power Plants in Denmark.
The electrical installation works and supplies will be carried out on different voltage levels at the Power Plants. The tasks include electrical power supply between existing or new electrical equipment, such as MV switchgear, Transformers, LV switchgear, UPS systems, Inverters, Electrical motors, Instruments, Lighting fixtures, Fire Alarm system, Camera systems, etc.
These examples of electrical installation work and supplies at DONG Energy Thermal Power Plants in Denmark can be tendered through the Qualification System.
Below are the lots for which the Applicants can apply for qualification through the Qualification System.
In order to apply through the Qualification System the Applicants must request a questionnaire at the contact person (see I.1) Name, addresses and contact point(s).
Applicants can apply for qualification for one or multiple lots through the Qualification System.
The five (5) lots are:
Electrical Installations and supplies for Machinery and Instrumentation:
— Lot 1A High Voltage (> 36 kV);
— Lot 1B Medium Voltage (> 1kV < 36 kV);
— Lot 1C Low Voltage (< 1 kV);
— Lot 1D Control and Signal Voltages for DCS;
— Lot 2 Electrical Installations and supplies for Buildings and Civil works, Voltage level < 1 kV.
The Electrical installation works include scaffolding and materials such as lifts, necessary machinery and tools for the work, cable routing (trays, supports, fittings, brackets, cable pips etc.), cables, cabling with termination, junction boxes, safety switches, earthing system, equipotential bonding, lightning protection, marking and labelling, etc.
The Power Plant Electrical Installation works will be categorized into the above Lots with the following scope:
Electrical Installations and supplies for Machinery and Instrumentation.
1. Delivery, installation, termination and testing of Medium Voltage cables.
2. Delivery, installation, termination and testing of Low Voltage cables.
3. Delivery, installation, termination and testing of control and signal cables for DCS, Instrumentation, Fire Alarm system, Camera, etc.
4. Delivery, installation, termination and testing of cables for use in combustible dust and intrinsically safe components. Classified areas (Zone 20, 21 and 22).
5. Delivery and installation of necessary cable routing systems.
6. Delivery and installation of other electrical equipment, such as safety switches, junction box, cable glands, etc. respectively unclassified and classified areas with combustible dust (Zone 20, 21 and 22).
Electrical Installations and supplies for Buildings and Civil works.
1. Delivery, installation, termination and testing of Low Voltage cables for respectively unclassified and classified areas with combustible dust (Zone 20, 21 and 22).
2. Delivery and installation of lighting systems, respectively unclassified and classified areas with combustible dust (Zone 20, 21 and 22).
3. Delivery and installation of emergency lighting, respectively unclassified and classified areas with combustible dust (Zone 20, 21 and 22).
4. Delivery and installation of necessary cable routing systems.
5. Delivery and installations of electrical equipment, respectively unclassified and classified areas with combustible dust (Zone 20, 21 and 22) such as, light and power switches, socket outlet stations, junction box, cable glands, etc.
DONG Energy will tender the individual scope for specified Electrical Installations works through the Qualification System.
DONG Energy reserves the right to specify the contents and scope of each Electrical Installation work to be carried out.
The applicant can expect equipment such as MV switchgear; transformers; LV switchgear and switchboards; UPS equipment and Inverters to be supplied by DONG Energy Thermal Power but shall be handled and installed by the Electrical Installation work contractor.
