The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, will require professional assistance for readjustment and organisation development in connection with readjustment of Statped (Governmental Special Education Resource Centre). In connection with this, the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a 2 year framework agreement with one service provider. Option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation. Both the Awarding Authority and Statped shall have option for entering into the agreement.
