Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place a contract for 70 SoM electronic boards with an AMD RFSoC of family XCZU47DR or XCZU48DR; speed grade -1 or better; extended temperature grade (E) or better, G1517 package; dedicated separate DDR4 memories (each 4 GB or more) for the Processing System and for the Programmable Logic; as well as Circuitry for voltage regulation mounted on the SoM. The Supply shall be delivered within 38 weeks.
