Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas PC ORLEN Lietuva is an integrated Lithuanian oil refining company whose main asset is a crude oil refinery located in the village of Juodeikiai, in the municipality of district, north-western Lithuania. ORLEN S.A. is the single shareholder of PC ORLEN Lietuva Company which is the only refinery in the Baltic States. PC ORLEN Lietuva is using grey hydrogen mainly for the Hydrotreatment processes, therefore, due to the publicly known political agreements regarding upcoming amendments of the requirements of Directive 2018/2001 (REDIII the third edition of renewable energy directive) to produce RFNBO (renewable liquid and gaseous transport fuels of non-biological origin), PC ORLEN Lietuva (hereinafter OL) is looking for the opportunities to purchase ready-to-use products or to collaborate in production of RFNBO hydrogen (RFNBO) and biogenic CO2. The purpose of this letter is to understand and ask your Company (Bidder) along with other companies about the possibilities of collaboration regarding RFNBO hydrogen necessary for RFNBO and/or biogenic CO2 perspective.
