The contracting authority requests tenders for first line service and industrial and commercial development in Stjørdal municipality.
The framework agreement mainly comprises:
— an efficient reception system (first line service) for new and current businesses,
— an active partner that initiates and participates in development projects related to industry and commerce in the municipality,
— ensure municipal interaction with other business participants and the possibility to participate in regional, national and international programmes.
The contracting authority purchased such services for a total of 800 hours in 2018. The contracting is expecting to purchase the same number of hours per annum in the period 2020–2022, with option for 1 + 1 year extension. Option for the purchase of additional 200 hours related to ongoing projects outside the contract’s 800 hours per annum.
