The objective of the procurement is to enter into an agreement with a license partner (LSP) to contribute to efficient management of the signed EA agreement. A Framework Agreement (SSA-R) is planned where the purchase and maintenance of licenses with associated services is regulated by SSA-K with associated annex, while assistance is regulated by SSA-B with associated annex.
Purchase, maintenance and assistance are closely connected, and are considered as a single delivery.
