The contracting authority shall enter into framework agreements for repair shop services for our vehicles. This includes service and inspection, maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, spare-parts, windscreens/glass, periodical vehicle controls (PKK) on chassis, and expert inspections on machinery and equipment in accordance with requirements given in the current laws and regulations. The contracting authority also requests repair shop service for changing and repairing tyres/rims, as well as tyre hotel storage service. The contracting authority is responsible for the administration of the vehicles during the agreement period. This means that the contracting authority is responsible for booking and following up appointments (including periodical vehicle controls (PKK), maintenance and service), contact and follow-up the agreement party, as well as collecting and delivering the vehicle to the repair shop.
The competition is divided into 4 lots:
— Lot 1 Chassis heavier than 3.5 tonnes with accompanying additions,
— Lot 2 Chassis lighter than 3.5 tonnes with accompanying additions,
— Lot 3 Construction machines,
— Lot 4 Tyres/rims.
