The tender contest will be held in accordance with the Public Procurement Act from 17.7.2016 No 73 and the public procurement regulations from 20.12.2016 No 974, as well as the attached tender rules. The procure form is an open tender contest with negotiations. Garde reserves the right not to negotiate if it is not appropriate or unnecessary for the choice of tenderer.
