The contracting authority shall, on behalf of the Vocational College in Hordaland, procure an energy system simulator that shall be used by students during teaching at the college. The aim is to get laboratory equipment that is modern and relevant for increasing the learning outcome for electricity and machine officer students in accordance with the industry's expectations for quality, skills and general competence within the field. In addition to the qualitative requirements for the simulator, the requirement specifications also have requirements for tenderers for delivery, training, documentation, future service, operation and maintenance.
