The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of plants and summer flowers for the Parks Unit in the Section for Technical Operations and the Church Warden in Fredrikstad.
The procurement shall cover the contracting authority's need for such products and we would like tenderers who can offer a good and varied selection of the requested product groups.
The procurement is divided into 2 groups, and each group shall be evaluated individually. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or both groups. The tender offers cannot be conditional on awarding in both groups.
Product group 1 — summer flowers / 1-year plants
Product group 2 — plants (perennials, roses, bushes, conifers and trees).
