All asylum seekers are receiving a start package with various cosmetics/ body care products and hygiene articles (henceforth referred to as Hygiene packages) when they arrive at the first accommodated asylum reception centre.
The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (henceforth referred to as UDI) shall enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the deliveries of Hygiene packages.
