Short description

With this procurement, SDFE is asking for an assessment of technical requirements for establishing an operational service for a nationwide, Sentinel-1-based deformation monitoring in Denmark. As mentioned in the Tender document, SDFE’s purpose is to identify a technique, which (a) is optimal for mapping a low-lying country, (b) can be used for local hotspot detection, and (c) can be adapted to specific end-user needs, e.g. in terms of repetition frequency, spatial resolution, or type of error estimate. End-users represent the public and private sectors, such as local authorities and the utility sector.

The experiences gained from the project will support SDFE in developing a basis of decision for evaluating the feasibility in establishing an operational, nationwide service.
