The Contracting Authority needs tyres and tyre hotels for approx. 500 light vehicles and approx. 65 heavy vehicles. ‘Light vehicles’ means vehicles of a weight class under 3,5 tonnes, and ‘heavy vehicles’ means vehicles over 3,5 tonnes, as well as some tractors/heavy machinery.
Delivery of tyre hotel involves:
— Storing of tyres,
— Changing of tyres,
— Balancing as required,
— Washing and maintenance of tyres and wheel rims,
— Inspection of tyres in relation to the legal requirements on tread depth etc.,
— Inspection of valves and air pressure.
Delivery of new tyres involves:
— Summer tyres,
— Studless winter tyres,
— Winter tyres with studs,
— Implement tyres/various Tractor/machinery tyres,
— Wheel rims and other tyre related products,
— Change of tyres, and/off wheel rims.
The Contracting Authority wants an option on repair of tyres and emergency help with punctures. The need for emergency help with punctures will be outside of the workshop's opening hours.
