Queue management Baltic RFI

Short description

Hello,

The purpose of this procurement is to identify and choose potential suppliers who can provide and implement branch network queue management system in SEB in Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania).
The request for information (RFI) is a first step of a two-step process whereas purpose of the first step (RFI) is to get initial proposals with description of the proposed queue management system and indicative price level including cost for solution, customization, support, maintenance. SEB might invite most attractive suppliers to present proposed solution and answer questions in a meeting.
