A tribune shall be delivered and assembled for the main stage in Dansens Hus in Oslo. The grandstand shall be partly telescopic and partly fixed with an enclosed room beneath the fixed part. This room shall be used for storing technical stage equipment. The stage is used for dance performances. Everything that is delivered must, thus, be appropriate for this type of use with a view to acoustics, stability, line of sight, safety and comfort.
— The tribune shall be 16 m wide, 12 m deep at floor level plus a 2 m overhang at the top level, which is to be fixed to the wall. 1.2 m stairs and bannisters on each side;
— It shall have11 rows of seats with a minimum of 26 seats, a front row with a minimum of 18 seats and 4 handicapped places/mobile seats and an upper level of 6 m for lighting and audio control and seats on each side;
— 0.5 m height difference between each row;
— 1 m instep;
— The first 6 rows shall be collapsible and the back 6 rows plus the top level are to be fixed on the top of a storeroom, which must also be constructed with solid walls. There does not need to be extra sound insulation between the storeroom and the public area;
— There shall be a corridor of minimum 1.8 m behind and under the tribune for the public;
— The storeroom under the tribune shall be minimum 5.15 m and it shall have access from both sides and from the middle of the back wall;
— The area where the tribune shall be placed has a floating floor based on batten, joists and pine floorboards;
— The chairs shall have an automatic folding mechanism and they shall have average to good seating comfort.
