The framework agreements shall ensure operation and rapid repairs in accordance with requirements. The Contracting Authority shall enter into framework agreements in 6 various craftsman disciplines. This contract applies for a framework agreement for flashing and guttering works. The framework agreements for other craftsman disciplines are subject to individual competitions and will be entered into subsequent to these. All properties are located in Oslo municipality.
The estimated value of assignments included in this framework agreement is 2 000 000 NOK per annum. The Contracting Authority emphasises that the figures are experience based estimates and that the actual volume might vary from year to year. The estimated value is not binding for the Contracting Authority.
