As replacement for the current school at Raumyr a new 3 parallel primary school accommodating grades 1-7 will be built. The school will be built on the existing plot toward the north, such that parts of the existing buildings and “Lundeløkka“ must be demolished and temporary classrooms must be established before the start of construction. After occupation of the new school, the rest of the buildings must be demolished and the outdoor area developed. The New Raumyr Primary School has an area of approximation 7500 m2, and shall be prepared for a later expansion to 4 parallels.
