The University of Oslo is requesting tenders for a Nano-UHPLC-ESI-MS system for proteomics related analysis.
The system must be able to separate complex mixtures of peptides with high sensitivity and high resolution by liquid chromatography directly coupled to an electrospray mass spectrometer.
The electrospray mass spectrometer must be highly sensitive and accurate to analyze samples for discovery and targeted proteomics applications. This includes application for quantitative proteomics and the analysis of post-translational modifications.
Software for discovery and absolute quantification of proteomes must be included.
