A Digital Whiteboard software as a service

Short description

The Finnish Tax Administration invests in a working culture that supports cooperation and wants to support work with effective tools. To do this, The Finnish Tax Administration seeks to acquire a versatile and easy-to-use digital whiteboard tool that supports collaboration, such as facilitation of workshops, data collection, structuring and visualization, sharing ideation, working on and presenting ideas, and describing different paths and processes.

The digital whiteboard tool should enable the addition and organization of various content such as images, videos, text and drawings on a board. Content added to the tool must be able to be stored in different formats and the tool must be flexibly scaled according to different user and content volumes. The tool should also allow multiple users to work simultaneously on the same board.
