Short description
The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the delivery of patient alarm systems for the contracting authority's nursing home, residential and activity centres, and to other buildings that may need this. The framework agreement shall include the tenderers full participation in the planning and implementation of patient alarm systems, as well as the subsequent service and supplementary purchases for systems purchased under the agreement. This shall include participation in inspection and preparation of the implementation plan for locations, ordering of equipment, coordination with third parties/other disciplines, installation of equipment, acceptance test, handover, and service agreement.
