The contracting authority shall procure a two-phase partnering contract for New Rødmyr recycling station. Phase 1 concerns a preliminary project for the measure. Phase 2 concerns detailed engineering design and execution. The procurement concerns phase 1 with an option for delivery in phase 2. A preliminary study is available. Implementation of phase 2 depends on investment decisions after approval of the preliminary project in phase 2 The contract contains a cut-off clause.
