The Norwegian Railway Directorate wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who can provide a wide range of design and communication services.
In order to achieve the overall goal of an efficient, safe and environmentally friendly railway sector we want to enter a framework agreement with a tenderer who can contribute to strengthening the Norwegian Railway Directorate's and subordinate units' social mission, identity and communication.
